• When we advertise, we only advertise for holiday makers not holiday home owners.
• We advertise in airlines in-flight magazines.
• We advertise in national and international press.
• We limit the number of properties in each area and only increase our portfolio when demand exceeds supply.
• As your portfolio manager I become the appointed property personal assistant for your bookings and guests.
• We charge you no commission. The guests pay for our services.
• We will complement the systems you are working with at the moment.
• We have a complete online calendar which you can control.
• We automatically update both you and your property manager with all bookings.
• We do not waste your time with enquiries – just bookings.
• We market to guests in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Mainland Europe, North America and the Far East. We advertise in six languages.

What we don’t do;

• We do not waste our marketing budget advertising for property owners like yourself.
• We are not “just another web site”.  We do have a very successful website and will put your advert across a huge network of sites – but we do not limit your exposure to these sites.  We don’t rely on the internet as our only supplier.
